Thank you for purchasing from Courseed
We create and deliver digital products that are instantly available for download after purchase.
Please read this policy carefully before completing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are considered final once the file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only in the following rare cases:
The file is corrupted, damaged, or incomplete and we cannot provide a working replacement within 3 business days.
You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate transaction).
You did not receive your download link or file within 24 hours after confirmed payment, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
If your case meets one of the above conditions, email us at nextzshop.online@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, including:
Your order number
The product name
A short explanation of the issue
We’ll respond within 48 hours and, if eligible, process your refund within 5–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided for:
Accidental purchases or “change of mind”
Incompatibility with your software or device
Failure to download due to internet or user-side issues
Discounts, bundles, or promotional products
Once a digital file has been downloaded, accessed, or used, it becomes non-refundable.
4. Support & File Access
If you experience technical issues accessing your digital files, we’ll gladly help you re-access or re-download your purchase at no extra cost.
