All our products are digital downloads, so there is no physical shipping involved.
Please review how digital delivery works before completing your purchase.

1. Instant Digital Delivery

After your payment is successfully processed, your digital files will be available instantly through:

A download link displayed on your order confirmation page

A download email sent to the address you used during checkout

Most orders are fulfilled within a few minutes. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes depending on payment verification or network delays.

2. Didn’t Receive Your Files?

If you don’t receive your download email within 1 hour, please check:

Your Spam/Junk folder

That you used the correct email during checkout

If you still haven’t received access, contact us at Courseed.shop@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll resend your files manually within 24 hours.

3. Download Access

All digital purchases come with lifetime access to your files unless otherwise stated.
You can re-download your products from the email link or your customer account at any time.
If your link expires, we’ll happily help restore access — simply email our support team.

4. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship physical products.
Any address collected during checkout is only used for billing verification or invoice purposes.

5. Order Issues

If you encounter any problem with your order — such as a corrupted file, broken link, or wrong download — please email Courseed.shop@gmail.com.
We’ll resolve the issue or send a fixed version within 48 hours.
